Policies
Payments
For all domestic orders within the US, we accept all major credit cards, paypal, check or money order.
For international orders, we only accept bank wire transfer. Please Contact us for details.
An 8.375% tax will be collected for NY State residents. For resale purchase, please fax over your Resale Certificate to 516-684-9805 Attn: Wholesale Department.
Shipping
We use USPS, UPS or Fedex to ship within the US on orders below 150 pounds.
A tracking number is furnished once the shipment has left our warehouse.
Orders placed before 3 pm are usually shipped out the same business day once payment is received and processed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Paypal customers, we only ship to verified paypal addresses.
For security reason, we only ship to the credit card BILLING addresses to prevent our customers from identity theft. If you would like to have your product shipped to a different address than your credit card billing address, simply contact your credit card company (number located on the back of your card) and ask them to add an "alternate ship to address" to your credit card record.
Returns
For defective items, do not return items to us. You must contact the unit manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Scroll down to the bottom of the page for manufacturers information. For all other returns:
  • No return/exchange after 15 days from receipt date.
  • A 20% restocking fee is applicable on all returns and exchanges.
  • All returned items for refund/exchange must be in absolute new and working condition, in its original carton with all manufacturer included accessories unused
  • Absolutely no return on items modified through third party software/hardware.
  • Tools, accessories, dish antennas and auction sales are final and can not be returned.
  • Shipping damages and/or shortages must be reported to the carrier within 5 days.
  • Purchaser is responsible for shipping / insurance to our warehouse. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during shipping.
  • Contact us before returning any item. You must request an RMA# for all returns, otherwise, all packages received without an RMA# will be rejected and delivered back at buyers expense.
    Warranty
    All the FTA receivers are covered by their manufacturer warranty. Modifying your unit through third party software/hardware will void your warranty.
